About the Wellness Pro DNA Test

The Wellness Pro DNA Test is our most complete at home genetic panel. It brings the Heart, Fitness and Diet and Nutrition tests together in one kit and one report, so you can see how your cardiovascular markers, your training response and your nutrient handling line up rather than reading three separate sets of results.

How it works

A single cheek swab is analysed for the variants used across all three panels. The laboratory groups the findings into sections for heart and cardiovascular health, exercise response and recovery, and food, nutrient and appetite related traits. Each section explains the trait, your own result and what research associates it with, in language written for a general reader rather than a clinician.

How to use it

The kit arrives by post with everything you need. Swab the inside of your cheek, register the kit using the code supplied, and return it in the prepaid envelope. You are notified by email when your report is ready in your secure account, and the report can be downloaded if you want to discuss it with a GP, dietitian or trainer.

Who it is for

It is aimed at adults who want one broad baseline across diet, fitness and heart related traits, often at the start of a change in routine. It is not suitable for anyone under 18 and it does not diagnose disease.
