What kind of eye problems is Golden Eye used for?

It is for minor bacterial infections and irritations of the eye and eyelids, such as conjunctivitis (red or pink eye), blepharitis (inflamed eyelids) and sticky eye. It is not suitable for serious eye problems, eye pain, or changes to your vision, which need to be seen by a clinician.

How long should I use it before expecting improvement?

If your symptoms have not improved after two days of use, stop and speak to a pharmacist or doctor, as you may need a different treatment. Seek advice sooner if your eye becomes painful, swollen, or your vision is affected.

Can I wear contact lenses while using Golden Eye?

Do not wear contact lenses while using the drops. If you wear hard lenses you can resume once you have finished the course; if you wear soft lenses, wait 24 hours after finishing, as the preservative can discolour them.

Can I use Golden Eye if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

No. Golden Eye should not be used if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to become pregnant. If you become pregnant while using it, stop and speak to a clinician. Our pharmacy team is available at info@rightangled.com.
