Shipping Options

Please choose the desirable and most applicable shipping option at checkout.

1) Royal Mail Next Working Day Delivery

As standard, all orders received before 1 p.m. are fulfilled and dispatched on the same day via Royal mail.

Estimated delivery: Next working day (not guaranteed).

Once dispatched, you will receive an email and text with your Royal mail tracking number and live delivery updates.
Because this is a signed-for service, someone must be home to accept the parcel. If you are not home, Royal mail will leave instructions for redelivery or collection.

2) Private Same-Day Courier Service in London

Residents of London (within the M25) can place an order on our website and enjoy a same-day delivery service.
Courier fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery postcode.


Test Samples Return to the Lab

Below are your courier options for returning your test sample to the lab for analysis.

1) Royal Mail Tracked 24 Return (1–2 Working Days)

All testing kits include a Tracked 24 return bag free of charge for sample returns.
Estimated delivery to the lab: 1–3 working days.

2) Same-Day Return to the Lab

You may arrange a private courier to collect and return your test sample to the lab at your preferred time and date.
The driver can wait while you take your sample and return it to the lab on the same day.

3) Lost Parcels

For lost items, the following notification timeframes apply:

  • UK Orders: Notify us within 7 working days of the expected delivery date.
    An investigation with the courier may take up to 30–90 days.

  • Safe Place Policy (Royal Mail, DPD, DHL & Local delivery)

    If you choose to have your order left in a safe place, this is done entirely at your own risk. Rightangled does not offer refunds or replacements for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being delivered to a customer-selected safe place.


4) Use of External Couriers

If you choose to use your own courier or arrange for an external courier (not affiliated with or arranged by our company), please be aware:

  • We are not liable for any lost, missing, delayed, or damaged items.

  • We do not offer replacements or refunds for items lost or undelivered by external couriers.

  • The responsibility for safe delivery lies entirely with the patient and their chosen courier.

  • Once the order is handed to your courier, our responsibility ends.

  • All disputes must be addressed directly with the courier provider.

We strongly recommend using our in-house or partnered courier services for full traceability, guaranteed handling, and dedicated customer service support.


5) Returns & Disposal Policy

Returned Parcels – 30-Day Collection Window

If a parcel is returned to our pharmacy due to any shipping issue (including unsuccessful delivery attempts, customer unavailability, refusal, or redirection back to sender), the patient will be notified.

Patients must
either request for the item to be re-shipped or collect the item from our headquarters within 30 days of the item being returned to us.

Disposal After 30 Days

If the item is not collected or no request for reshipment is made within 30 days, the medication will be safely disposed of in accordance with clinical waste regulations.

Once the item has been disposed of, the patient will not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or credit, as per our Terms & Conditions.

Collection From HQ – 30-Day Limit

If a patient chooses to collect their medication from our headquarters, the item must be collected within 30 days of availability.

Failure to collect within this timeframe will result in safe disposal, and the patient will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

No Late Dispatch Holding

We do not hold, store, or delay dispatch of approved and paid orders for a later date. Once an order has been approved by our prescribers and processed by our pharmacy, it will be dispatched immediately as per our operational procedures.


Checkout Terms Acknowledgement

By proceeding with checkout, patients confirm they have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this Shipping Policy, including those related to courier responsibility, lost parcels, and delivery restrictions.

Use of Forwarding Address Services

We do not accept the use of forwarding address services, third-party parcel handlers, or PO Box addresses for the delivery of prescription medications.

Orders placed using a forwarding address or PO Box 
will not be dispatched. If such an address is identified after an order has been placed, the order will be cancelled and subject to a £10 administration and cancellation fee, in line with our Terms and Conditions.
