Sound familiar?

Most people don't throw those clothes away. They're waiting. So is the version of you who wore them.

More than a number

Why your wardrobe stopped fitting

Weight gain is rarely about effort. Your body defends the weight it's used to, through hunger hormones, cravings and a metabolism that adapts, which is why trying harder so often stops working.

The wardrobe is where you feel it. The scale is a number you see once a week. Clothes are a feeling you get every single morning, which is why our patients talk about jeans and jackets, not kilos.

"It's nice to pull them out and see the difference."

Most people don't measure progress in numbers. They measure it in a wardrobe that opens again, in shopping without dread, in the small everyday things. In this film, Rightangled patients talk about what changed.

Different people, different starting points, the same quiet joy: "I'm back to fitting into my old clothes."

"Going shopping, wearing what I like and enjoying the little things."

The little things

Nobody talked about the scale. They talked about clothes, shopping, and getting the ordinary back.

FAQs

Will I really fit into my old clothes again?

Many of our patients describe exactly that, and it's usually the change they notice before any number on a scale. Everyone responds differently though, and how much you lose depends on your body, your plan and how long you stay on treatment. Your suitability and your progress are decided and reviewed by a GPhC-registered independent prescriber throughout.

Why do clothes change before the scale does?

Because weight loss isn't spread evenly, and the scale only tells you one thing once a week. Patients often notice waistbands, sleeves and collars feeling different while the number is still moving slowly, which is why so many of them talk about clothes rather than kilos.

Is it strange that I've kept clothes I can't wear?

Not at all. Almost everyone in this film had done the same, some for years. Keeping them isn't denial, it's hope, and there's nothing to feel silly about. The clothes are simply waiting for a plan that actually works with your biology instead of against it.

What happens when I start, and what support do I get?

It begins with a 3 to 5 minute online consultation. As soon as you submit it, a GPhC-registered independent prescriber reviews your answers and decides whether treatment is genuinely appropriate for you. If approved, it's delivered discreetly to your door, with regular check-ins and dose reviews from your clinical team as your progress builds.
